Gary joined SafeWorkforce in 2007, having already worked as a Health and Safety Manager and Consultant for 19 years.

“My experience in the engineering sector, designing and implementing health and safety policies, systems and strategy has put me in a great position to support a wide range of high-risk industries”.

Gary spends a lot of time outside of work enjoying time with his family.

David has been with Alcumus since 2002. Having previously gained experience in implementing HS&E systems transferable across multiple industries.

“I’m a Health, Safety and Environmental practitioner specialising in driving compliance through proactive safety management and business operations support.”

David has been a keen badminton player representing at county level. Now he enjoys ballroom dancing and loves listening to Dean Martin.

Graham has 26 years’ experience as a Senior Health & Safety Consultant working for SafeWorkforce. His significant experience has been gained in multiple business disciplines.

“Being Yorkshire born & bred, my advice is always pragmatic and based on legal requirements and best practice”.

Graham enjoys DIY projects and working in his commercial-size polytunnel chasing “The Good Life”.

Janice has over 20 years’ experience both as an H&S Consultant and in-house H&S Manager.

“I enjoy assisting a wide range of clients in managing their day-to-day H&S challenges, helping them keep their employees safe”.

Janice loves spending time with her two rescue German Shepherd Dogs, teaching crafts in workshops, and upcycling items.

Julie joined SafeWorkforce in 2022 bringing over 20 years experience from construction to working with the HSE as a spot check advisor with her.

“The diverse industries I have worked in means I am able to offer informed practical advise ensuring customers are meeting their compliance risks”.

Julie is an amateur geologist, she also has a dog and cat who take up most of her attention, plus she is an avid reader.

Robin has been with SafeWorkforce since 2015, having spent 16 years working in the property and facilities management industry.

“I enjoy actively supporting his clients helping them to achieve ‘safety’ compliance”.

Robin enjoys spending time with his two young children, going for walks, and travelling.

Steve has been with SafeWorkforce since 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience as a Health and Safety consultant to businesses large and small across a wide range of sectors.

“I like to approach Health and Safety in a practical manner to help clients achieve compliance and best practice”.

Steve teaches boxing/fitness and self-defence and enjoys watching Rugby League, Cricket, Boxing, and Football.

Ailsa joined SafeWorkforce in 2017 and has 20 years’ experience working in a range of industries including retail and the hospitality, services & facilities sectors.

“As a graduate member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, I’m able to offer practical advice on how to support employees with health issues related to their role”.

Ailsa enjoys spending time with her family, and caring for her animals and is also involved with charity work.

Damian has been with SafeWorkforce since 2013 and in 2022 became a Senior Health and Safety Officer.

“Personal development is really important in helping me support customers, having gained GradIOSH membership and NEBOSH Certificates, I’m now starting my Diploma in Health and Safety management”.

Damian loves to play golf and football.

Jacqueline joined Alcumus in 2013 and joined the SafeWorkforce team in 2022.

“I have gained NEBOSH Certificates, and I’m a technical member of IOSH, I’m able to use this knowledge to advise customers on the best course of action for their business”.

Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family and talking long walks with her two dogs.

Linda has been with Alcumus since 2017. Linda joined SafeWorkforce in 2022 as a Health and Safety Officer.

“I have varied H&S experience in many different sectors and so can support and provide guidance across all areas of Health and Safety”.

Linda enjoys reading and travelling to attend music festivals and concerts.
