SafeContractor are one of the founders of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) and believe in building a better working world for everyone.  Alcumus SafeContractor are one of the first and largest SSIP schemes in the supply chain compliance space to receive its UKAS accreditation.

Alcumus ISOQAR is one of the most recognised and respected UKAS accredited certification bodies, ISO certification and CQI IRCA training provider.

FAQs

Paying for my subscription (existing and renewing customers).

You’re able to pay for your Alcumus PSM subscription by card, BACS transfer, or via monthly direct debits.

You can – We do need to receive a direct debit mandate to set this up. Please contact the Customer Success Team who can send this across.

In short no – We will require the first three months up front once the contract has been renewed but will be split into equal payments after that point.

You can – You’re welcome to pay for the outstanding amount owed to us, or pay for your subscription in a lump sum.

FAQs

Cancelling my subscription.

Once a company signs with Alcumus PSM, you are tied into the contract for either a 1- or 3-year duration. You’re welcome to cancel your subscription at renewal.

If at the contract renewal you decide to not renew, there is no exit fee.

Renewing my subscription.

We do require a 3-month notice period at present. Please speak with the Customer Success team on 02920 100480 or email [email protected] if you needed anymore information on this.

Yes – If you did need to change your consultant for whatever reason, then please do speak with our Customer Success team.

Your renewal date is on the same day from when you first signed up with Alcumus SafeWorkForce. Depending on your term length depends on when your renewal date is. Please get in contact with the Customer Success team on 02920 100480 if you needed to find out more.

We will do all we can to have a conversation with you before your contract renewal. If we don’t hear back, there is an automatic renewal clause found in our T&Cs.

This should be specified on your contract, failing that please do speak with a member of the Customer Success team.
