Changes to EH40/2005 occupational exposure limit values
On 21 August 2018, the European Commission released new and revised Workplace Exposure Limits (WELs) for 31 different substances. The limits are instantly applicable meaning that relevant COSHH assessments need to be reviewed as a matter of urgency in order to remain compliant with COSHH legislation.
