Below is a list of services you can expect to receive from your Health and Safety Business Partner package.
- A welcome call two working days from the start of your contract from your dedicated named consultant.
- You will have access to a dedicated consultant plus access to a team of Health & Safety officers if your consultant is not immediately available.
- Next working day response to email and telephone queries.
- Access to a 24/7 advice line for any Health & Safety issues you may be facing.
- Invitations to webinars where we can share information and best practice on a range of Health & Safety topics.
- An inspection, by your dedicated consultant, of your premises and existing health and safety management system against current legislation, regulations, and best practice.
- The inspection will be followed by a comprehensive report identifying any shortfalls and recommendations for remedial actions required.
- A follow-up visit where we will review progress on remedial actions highlighted.
- We will act as your competent person if required under the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations.
- Provide you with a specialist accident and incident information service.
- The creation of your full Health & Safety policy following the inspection plus a Health & Safety policy that can be used as part of a tender process.
- The creation of your Code of Conduct Handbook for employees, contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Provide guidance and support on an ad-hoc basis with changes to Health & Safety documents.
- Guidance with Health & Safety documentation for tender processes and support to attain safety scheme accreditations.
- When regulations change, we’ll update you via email and advise you on documents that will need to be updated.

Below is a list of services you can expect to receive from your Human Resources Business Partner package.
- You will have access to a dedicated consultant plus access to a team of HR advisors if your consultant is not immediately available.
- Your initial welcome call will be carried out within 2 working days by your dedicated named consultant who will look to understand you, your business, and your objectives.
- Next working day response to email and telephone queries.
- We are available 24/7, so when emergencies occur we’re here.
- You will be invited to attend webinars where we can share information and best practice on a number of HR topics.
- We will carry out a full review of your current HR practices and make recommendations for improvement.
- We will review your documents and make any necessary changes.
- You will benefit from an annual visit to your business premises from your dedicated named consultant. This meeting can be used in a number of ways, for example supporting disciplinary meetings*. *excludes the delivery of training
- We will create and or update tailored employment contracts for all your employees.
- We will provide ongoing support with drafting/reviewing your HR documentation when required.
- When legislation changes, we will update you and the affected documentation.
- We will create and/or update your HR handbook tailored to your business for all employees.

- We will create tailored employment contracts for all your employees.
- We will provide support with drafting new HR documentation when required.
- Up to 6 hours of drafting time per annum.
